David W. Schmidt began his career as a Prosecutor in New York City and has been litigating cases in state and federal court as well as in alternative dispute forums for 30 years. Mr. Schmidt is presently regional counsel to several major brokerage firms and oversees all litigation handled by Lubiner, Schmidt & Palumbo. Mr. Schmidt has lectured to industry organizations regarding legal and regulatory developments in the securities field.
